I tried to connect my new smart switch to my wifi it is possible from many try ligth flah otange green I reset the switch many time switch is connected to my ntwork i reset the modem
the switch refuse to link to my WIFI
what else I can do

It's working now. I connected using my Android phone, couldn't connect using iPad.

Here th@TP-Link here the message that I receive every time tha I try to link my switch to my network
light still blanking Amber and green I reset the switch 10 second also and retry alway the same message

May I know the model number of your smart Wi-Fi switch, like HS200, HS210, HS220?
After that, please refer to the following suggestion:
1. if it is iPhone, please enable the local network for Kasa App, such as https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2937/
2. please make sure there is no VPN enabled on the smartphone;
3. if possible, please test on another smartphone to have a look;

Sorry I forgot, the model number is HS200 I use an IPad to link the smart switch
we have 2Ipad I tried both of them same issue or same message

@Johnnyboy54 just tried with another devise with. IO S 14.5 still have the same message and I have check my network connection everything it as per the reference link that you snt me ??
