I have managed to view the c200 camera via ip cam viewer app in android but I can't access the local recordings. I can't also move the tilt positions

Actually I have the same concern, when I open up the tapo app on my smart phone that is connected to same network with the camera but with no internet, it requires me to login and the tapo app...
