Issue resolved.

I was able to clone the MAC address into the Deco which allowed it to finally connect. By doing so my internet speed is awful dropping to 20 Mbps.

@TP-Link It is user name/password to connect. When in bridge mode the cable modem connected to the PC does provide internet access to the PC just fine.

Anyone had the same issue and fixed it?
