oh I think found it... it is in the mode to only use 802.11 b/g/n mixed correct? and leave out the AX then my asus can find it am I correct?

Our ISP change our router from Netgear to the AX50. Some of the devices can connect to it but not my Asus UX310U notebook. Asus said, upgrading the intel wireless adapter does not make a difference...
