As a side note, without disabling 5.0 ghz, how can I test if 2.4 has magically come back to life and works, or if it is still dead with the internet? Is there any way to check?

The tether app says I have the latest version and need no updates.

@Solla-topee there are many five things connected to 2.4 in total so not exactly congested to be honest. All lights are still green. It is connected by WiFi.
