@TP-Link Now they are saying they are out of stock and they only have a refurbished modem. I refused it and STILL waiting for a brand new modem. bad customer service

@TP-Link i hope they don't send my modem back saying there is no problem with my vr2100. Because i saw my modem resetting itself many times.

My request was replacement with a different model but i am still waiting for them to ''test'' the vr2100. that is not my problem

My local warranty office is saying that they can only replace the modem if they find a hardware related issue :D.
