@Solla-topee Thanks for the reply The problem was solved after few hours. Probably it takes longer for a firmware update.

I have the same issue I have 4 cameras tapo c200. On two cameras firmware upgrades went well. The other two cameras are stuck at "Firmware updating...". The still persist after factory reset
