@Richard_T123 I've tried a few third-party software programs now and can't get any of them to work with tapocam cameras, you said be patient, how long do we have to wait, is a PC windows software...

@gboelter I'm sure it's because the cam is operated locally...

@gboelter I'll check that but I'm sure that isn't the problem. Phone is used as router so the option of using WiFi is limited..

@Kleber_Bueno THE SAME PROBLEM WITH 2 C100 & 1 C200 CAMERAS, THEY ALL HAVE A 2020 DATE AND IT WON'T RESET. TRIED EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF BUT STILL THE 2020 DATE APPEARS ON THE SCREEN. SHOULD BE...
