@Davidspeed You can change the channel on AP CPE side, if it is the slow speed issue, suggest channel width change to the biggest one, if it is drops issue, change to 20M.

@virg, Did you keep the CPE static IP 192.168.0.254? If you change CPE's IP to dynamic IP, make it obtain the IP address from DHCP Server, can you see it in the network?

@NagarjunaKMC You need to make sure that the local PC running the controller has internet access and that the remote PC also need the internet. Try to turn off the firewall and anti-virus software....

@HandokoF Do you also have a router in software controller side? Did you check whether the internet in this side is working fine？

@TReimann I just test it on my controller 5.8, but no same issue, maybe it has been fixed in 5.8. But you may wait a while of the updating of OC200.
