@AKNetDude Are you sure the primary wan is working when the backup wan becomes offline? If you go to router's details window, what the wan status show here？

@Sh0ckWaVeZzz Are U sure? It can not open the hotspot once I connect to the voucher SSID on my phone. Did your phone support share the hotspot when it is connecting to the WiFi?
