@Engineer_Cenina If your PC set up static IP on control panel, means your PC is not using DHCP anymore. The router can only affect the PC using DHCP.

@BrnM Then it could be controller version issue. Maybe try v5.6.3 version? You are using hardware controller or software controller? @Hank21 Any suggestions?

@BrnM Have you enabled the SFP WAN port already? I don't have ER7206 but when I open the Emulator from tp-link website, it can detect the SFP WAN. (the emulator also uses ER7206)
