@Metalman On Controller web interface->Devices list, can you see all your EAP245 show as "Connected" status? The controller will only apply settings to the Connected EAPs.

@stmon Maybe the antenna is not installed correctly? Try unplugging the TL-ANT-5819MS and checking if there is any difference on the SSID signal. Perhaps the antenna is just not taking effect.
