I've sent two requests in 3 weeks to TP support services about this problem and had not even an acknowledgement. Are they for real or just for show ??

Have tried different modem which also works in my computer. Its a zte MF70 which is on the compatible list as well but the router will not even recognise this one

Yes I have tried that also thanks but to no avail. Someone said to me that the ZTE 626i modem that I have is not compatible with the router even though the 626 modem is listed as being compatible....
