TL-SG108--TL-SG108, then how do know the speed is 100M rather other? I think if your ISP is 105M, it is normal if the result of the speedtest is 92M.

T1600G-28TS is a smart switch, it can be managed through web UI. I remembered the system IP can be changed in the system Info-->system IP

you can contact the tplink supporter directly for help. TL-SG105 is just an unmanaged switch, I do not think it will cause problem of dropping online.
