could you share a status screenshot? I think the alignment is still not good enough, from such distance, 80-90+Mbps is just a piece of cake for CPE520

the signal strength is too weak, try to install devices as tall as possible, and avoid the ostacles. Is the AP and client face-to-face? Signal stength less than -75dBm is considered very weak.

no matter which AP devices connected to, they are in the same subnet, of course they can communicate with each other, if this is what you mean by 'see'
