Ji dont understand I HAVE WAN CONNECTION what do you mean P2P is the 510 Connected to ISP router in AP mode, the one at the other home on Client mode, both have to be set on same channel

You added the wrong size to 801 9 dBi antenna is the max 801 supports, now if you want to see the dif you will need to buy a 7210 device and put away the 801 But that would not be my advise, better...

unless you have the money and time to waste for this, keep going. There are no repeaters involved in this, do link with 510s, and deploy 510s too on top of homes and businesses, on AP-Client-Router...
