CPE510 is a 5 Ghz device 5210 & 7210 are 2.4 Ghz devices Read the specs. here http://www.tp-link.com/resources/document/CPE510_V1_Datasheet.pdf it reads 15 Kms. I have linked 510s up to 7.2 Kms....
