Hi @900mhz , Based on our experience, this issue is usually caused by the physical connection, please change the Ethernet cable and check the power supply.

Hi @OMADA-tunisia, Could you show this error message on the Omada APP in English? Please try Logging out current account on the APP, and totally shut down the APP, logging into it again for testing.
