Dearest all. I was able to screw up a firmware upgrade. I successfully updated to TD-W8961ND_V3_140305 and then tried to update to TD-W8961ND_V3_150707 which failed and stopped the modem from working...

Dear mtruchado, I just confirmed that the modem is able to communicate with the computer. (My modem model is TD-W8961ND V3.0) How do I set the binary mode by default and send the firmware again.
