@David-TP thanks David. Here are the screen shots of IPV4 - the Decos change from White to red so fast that it's difficult to capture . Also sending my modem details. Internet without Meah works...

Deco showing bright red.LED and had to be switched off and on again. Big challenge since last few days - constant disruption. App says Deco firmware is up to date
