I need to load balance my 2 internet connections plugged at WAN and WAN/LAN1 respectively. Under the load balance section, I wonder why I have 3 boxes were in fact, I only have 2 internet...

My ISP Bandwidth is 600Mbps and all my hotspot users thru voucher code were set to ONLY 1Mbps. I wonder why my internet connection becomes intermittent or super slow when it reaches over 50 users.
