@8411guy TP Link support was able to send me a copy of the firmware with flow controll enbabled and this finally did the trick!

here's the fix! It worked for me. Finally! Make sure your OC200 is dhcp or that you change the lan subnet to whatever your OC200 is set to if static to access the controller again. @KPejman

@KPejman neither the media converter or the Sfp+ changed the issue. Must be something in the firmware?
