I figured it out, when I was selecting the times to allow access it was only selecting for that one day I thought it did it for the whole week. No my next problem is I can block the YouTube website...

When I enable parental control and add the device, it blocks all access to that devise even if I have no restrictions set. ie. i turn parental controls on, I add my kids tablet to it. I don't set any...
