@Nebu it's a pity it doesn't give more info., unfortunately I think that's passed on from a lack of useful info. from openvpn itself.

@Nebu try removing the fast-io option. It's bound to be one of those not so common config options that's not supported by the OpenVPN server version on the XE75.
