@bob-one Having just checked my account non of my cameras are now registered for warrenty purposes???? they were before.

While viewing live or recorded footage the camera has developed a thin black line in an arc shape, this is the second camera now that this as happed to, is this an issue with the senosr on this model...

@John0001 They can't have fixed it via firmware then, its unfortunate i sent mine back as i would like to have tried the new firmware. The fixed camera is fine so i'm guessing its an attempt to not...

@bob-one Rebooting the router solved the issue.

@bob-one Tried all that still the same, its a vodafone wi-fi hub

I have a notification to update firmware but it always fails , been trying for a couple of days but it always fails with both wifi and hard wired with the same result.
