@TOHanks That is why I made vlans. I have two computers and two phones on vlan1. I have another vlan for smart devices. One for cameras and one for echos.

@Vincent-TP I did all that. Nothing has worked.

My phone all of a sudden gets very slow download on Vlan1 yet it gets full download on any other Vlan. All my other devices on Vlan1 still get full download. I don't understand how this can happen....
