@Alexandre. Can confirm this. On my desktop pc, however, the upgrade tool crashed every time. After that I tried method 3 (with the upgrade tool) with my laptop, and voila. Did the trick.

@DaniSa Exactly the same problem... not solved unfortunately... I tried to use the upgrade tool but that keeps crashing on scanning the network. Firmware is too old to use the Web ID and the Deco App...
