How long have they been worked for? AFALK, this model is already off production. It's time to upgrade your network. I would recommend CPE510 or CPE520

No way, repeater mode just copies and reinforces the existing wireless signal to extend the coverage. It shares the exact same wireless settings as your AP.

Of course, this is called relay. You should connect the middle cpe220s via an Ethernet cable and avoid using the same channel on them.

How far is the town hall away from the CPE210? what mode did you configure on CPE210? There must be many wifi interferences around. Especially for 2.4G.
