@Joseph-TP I did not change the SSID's I changed the powerline security name in each AP. This essentially disabled the mechanism that allows internet to travel through the power sockets in the wall....

@SHA2 Ended up changing the powerline name to each AP to something different so they cannot talk to each other via the powerlines and ran Ethernet to each AP from a switch.
