The cam still receives the IP from the management (no VLAN), like VLAN are assigned before check DHCP assignments. Thanks, I will try with WireShark.

Thanks. The power consumption should be ok (less than 5W the EAP225, less than 6W the cam with IR led on, so including the switch itself it will be under 15W without any doubts). Thanks for the link...
