@Joseph-TP The Starlink cable is plugged into the WAN port so it is on the WAN interface. As far as I see, it won't get a LAN IP address.

I am trying to configure the static route for Starlink in my Archer MR600 so that I can manage the dish on the local network. The steps as defined here don't seem to work for me...
