MR600 Not accepting static route for Starlink WAN
I am trying to configure the static route for Starlink in my Archer MR600 so that I can manage the dish on the local network.
The steps as defined here don't seem to work for me
https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/kb/detail/412684
I get an Error 5108: "Gateway must be on the same subnet with the device interfaces's IP address. Please input another one."
These are the WAN settings:
Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?
If I set the Gateway to the WAN IP address, it works but this will fail the moment the WAN IP address changes. I also can't set a second IP address for the WAN interface by the looks of it.
Thanks!

Hi
What is the LAN IP address of the MR600? This gateway setting on the Static Route page should be in the same IP subnet of the MR600, please check again.

Thanks @Joseph-TP, the LAN IP of the router is 192.168.2.1 / 255.255.255.0
What would be the entry in that case?

Hi
It is recommended to fill in the LAN IP of Starlink in the Network Destination and the WAN IP of the MR600 in the Default Gateway.

@Joseph-TP The Starlink cable is plugged into the WAN port so it is on the WAN interface. As far as I see, it won't get a LAN IP address.

Hi
After confirming with the senior engineer, I found that the working mechanism of LTE products is different, so the configuration method is slightly different.
If the WAN IP changes, there is nothing we can do for the time being. You may need to update profiles in real time when you want to access.
And we have one last suggestion, that is, do not fill in the IPV4 IP for Gateway, but fill in the wan gateway-100.64.0.1 of MR600.
Thank you for your patience.
Good day.
