The 2.4g and the 5g did not turn off during in the disconnection at that time

@David-TP Hi am getting unidentified network errors and Ethernet doesn't have valid IP address but if I try my old 2.4g range extender it seems to be normal I tried updating the range extender...

Hi My re215 TP-Link keeps disconnecting to internet but the 2.4g and 5g is connected the problem started yesterday I tried resetting the extender, unplugging it and plug back in sometimes it works...
