Hi My re215 TP-Link keeps disconnecting to internet but the 2.4g and 5g is connected the problem started yesterday I tried resetting the extender, unplugging it and plug back in sometimes it works but like few minutes or an hour it disconnected.This

  @Ketchup also it says unidentified network in the PC (sometimes)

Hi, Did the 2.4GHz and 5GHz turn off as well during the disconnection?

May I know the model number of the Host Wi-Fi router?

It is also suggested to refer to this link to edit the wireless settings on the host router:

By the way, May I know how long you have had RE215?

  @David-TP Hi am getting unidentified network errors and Ethernet doesn't have valid IP address but if I try my old 2.4g range extender it seems to be normal I tried updating the range extender resetting it configuring it but nothing works I tried to reformat the PC nothing works still and sometimes when I play around 5-30 minutes it resumes to unidentified and another 5 minutes It resumes to the normal network

 

this is the back of the range extender I got my range at Jan 13 2024

The 2.4g and the 5g did not turn off during in the disconnection at that time
