Hi,I have the same problem after I upgrade the firmware 150525, then I have contacted the TP-Link support, a lady from TP-Link help me resolve it.

You can try to use the IP (192.168.0.1) to reach the management page or you can clear Browser Data at first.

You would better contact tplink support if your devices are latest firmware from them official website

I remember the recommended clients is 25. But about the max for this unit you would better contact tplink hotline.
