@Solla-topee I Had to factory reset to be able to upgrade to latest firmware 1.2.10.

@Solla-topee I’m experiencing the same issue with my C520WS. On the first attempt, when the Tapo app said an upgrade was available, it failed. I tried twice, and on the last attempt, it stayed stuck...
