@David-TP BE6500 and no, we only got the Decos last week. App worked for a day. Now we can't login as it's saying we need to set it up again.

@David-TP has anyone found an actual solution for this? Followed all of these steps and still the same thing. Try scanning device manually and it says "invalid QR" but the light is green and wifi...

@D-C unfortunately they didn't have another one in store and I'm impatient and wanted to try then and there lol. Thanks so much for all of your help

@D-C solution was a net gear switch. Worked perfectly as soon as I plugged it in.

@Clive_A the Tv and computer lines are separate but we only have one Ethernet port. We bought the switch so we can use both hardwired at the same time.
