@Wayne-TP have tried all the way and means from suggestion no. 2. Till it is not working and showing the same error of local only.

Have connected to multiple wifi providing devices. But the problem of local only is persisting continuously. Have restarted device multiple times and reset wifi for multiple times. But same problem...
