@Bewildered52 under the security tab I switched off bottom to top, it seemed that disabling web protection only left the problem in place, but also it stopped being able to disable intrusion...

The Deco worked fine until I decided to install the 1 year free trial of Security+ or Homeshield, whatever it is branded. BBC news and other links stopped working. I didn't notice any other issues....
