@Solla-topee 2. I've pinged the camera and 0% loss. Not sure what you mean by network diagram? I just have a basic wifi that camera connects to it... 3. No i dont have subscription, just sd card. 4....

@Solla-topee Hello, I have have a Tapo C520WS Hardware version 1.0 Firmware 1.3.2 It's been working fantastic with RTSP on VLC for 4 months everyday 24/7 no problems...but today I came home and live...
