I bought it from UAE market, I also bought other models like MR-200 from same market and never faced such a issue. even when I used my UAE Sim card in the modem and roam in iran carrier the result...

@David-TP The ISP is MCI with PLMN 43211. tested with ISP with PLMN 43235 result was same. The ISP supports all GSM networks 2G to 5G. The SIM has 4G signal and working in MR-200 router.
