@danis000000 I found a solution, the problem is on ios, connected then using an android phone and opened my account on iphone and now its all fine. It seems that they released yesterday some updates...

@Solla-topee having the same problem now. 2 tapocam c100 needed to change my wifi password and now after all reseting it does not find the 2.4 wifi, I only changed the password.
