I have bought 2 C560WS to replace C530WS. But the auto-tracking on the new cameras cuts the head of people standing in front of my door... Attached an example.

I upgraded to C560WS to get better video quality, but even those gets blurry on objects in motion in bright daylight. Why is this?

Many thanks for quick reply. Hope this will be implemented in the future, would make a big improvement to NVR's without AI.

I cannot get Blue Iris NVR (Network Video Recording software) to trigger on AI events. Same problem on C520WS, C530WS and C560WS. Doesn't these cameras send ONVIF AI events?
