Hi, I've getting this message when trying to look at yesterday's recordings. I'm the only one viewing and have already rebooted the camera. I can't update firmware, as it will bring back the audio...

@Solla-topee I'm also having the same problem with my new C560WS and have followed the trouble-shooting. What ID number do I need to use to email support? Only have the camera 3 days
