Hi Had the support call and TBH not impressed. Why was there no phone call during the support case would have made communication a lot easier. It ended without really any notification just an email...

@David-TP thanks I've not received any email but will look out for it. Also not sure why but it's made me setup a different username but using the same email address. Only have the 1 TP-Link acc
