@scoomby thanks but the router won't accept it - error code 4503. Apparently it's something to do with the region. I'm in the UK. A Any other suggestions?

@Kevin_Z I too have the same issue, all the lights go out & the router seems to reboot. I thought it may be overheating although it never felt hot so have it raised with a good 2cm underneath to let...
