The option to select a country code completely disappeared from this router. The manual says it should be there, but in wireless setting I get nothing. What's going on?

My iMac is saying I have a conflicting Country code from a connected router which I believe to be my Deco 5 as it's connected to my Virgin Hub. Wi-Fi is generally stable however I was wondering if the
