I need to change the default locale selection of my voip vr600v router ,can you please help me to acquire the root password?

I am trying to get the setting for localphone voip phone but no matter what I put in it doesnt work. I can see the locale is stuck in the US and locale selection is greyed out. Anyone have any experie
