I can see the locale is stuck in the US and locale selection is greyed out. Anyone have any experience with this.

Hi, I see the model number you choose is Archer AX1500 which did not support VOIP. So did you select the wrong model?
And May I know why you want to change the locale selection?
I actually have a VX220-G2v voip. I have tried everything to get the voip working but to no success. Im wondering if the Locale is the main issue. Im not in the Usa and this was a unit purchased in EU. I am actually using it in Israel at the moment
Hi, the locale selection would not interfere with the VOIP function.
Since VX220-G2v is an ISP customized mode, have you checked with the service provider whether you have the correct VOIP configurations?
