This modem router does not appear to have Port Forwarding capability (though it does have Port Triggering capability) which I need in order to run my own web server & own VPN. Am I correct?

Is there any reasonably priced TP-Link modem router which has Port Forwarding capability (NOT Port Triggering capability)? I need that feature in order to run my own web server & own VPN.
